EdiCitNet Global Lunch Talks #3
„Food Connects Us“: How to Join Forces with City Authorities for More Social, Edible Cities
When? 17th May 2022, 12:00-13:00 CET
Where? onlineThe Brighton & Hove Food Project is a non-profit organisation helping people learn to cook, eat a healthy diet, grow their own food and waste less food. They run their own community kitchen, get local people in touch with community gardens looking for volunteers, support food banks and help to tackle food waste through a range of different programmes. In this webinar they’ll talk about their work in partnership with local authorities and give practical advice for other NGOs looking to do the same.
This lunch talk is part of the bi-monthly webinar series EdiCitNet Global Lunch Talks that explores experiences from different countries around the world: challenges, opportunities and best practice cases for greener, more liveable and more edible cities.
